You can purchase hot stone massage kits on line at auctions or you can buy the kits on line at Amazon.com.  I have a friend who actually picked up all of her own stones along the beach in Canada.  You can also buy kits that heat the stones for you or you can improvise with a roasting pan or crockpot.
