St. Patrick's Day Crockpot Corned Beef and Cabbage

What could be simpler than cooking corned beef and cabbage for St. Patrick's Day in the crockpot?  Just put the ingredients together and 8-12 hours later, you will have a perfectly delicious dinner at the ready.

This is a great one pot meal and so easy to put together.  It is a delicious way to cook this traditional meal and it keeps the corned beef very moist and tender.

Try it this year and see if you don't agree - this is a breeze of a way to fix the old favorite!

Prime Rib Slow Cooker Chili

If you are looking for a super simple, tried and true recipe for chili, this is it!  You can also eliminate the meat and just make as a vegetarian chili as well or try some of the other suggested substitutions.  This recipe is made with pieces of leftover Prime Rib and think you'll like it!  Spice it up or down as much as you'd like but it doesn't get any simpler than this recipe.
